- CSCole smythe5 days ago5.0I first came to this UPS Store Cedar Hill, TX 3 years ago. I was VERY impressed with the quality of service. Manager, Ms Yolanda rocks! She multitasks extraordinarily and meets customers needs, exceeding expectations. Shout out to manager, Kevin Tran as well. The staff ran like a well-oiled machine. Fast forward 3 years later, they are still phenomenal. It doesn’t matter which worker serves you. They are all efficient, professional and get the job done. I have used their shredding services, PO Box rental, and notary services. They stay busy and you may run into long lines, but don’t think it’s because they are incompetent. Not at all. They have long lines SOMETIMES because residents know their great service and will travel here from Desoto, Lancaster, and Duncanville (as I do when I’m in these different areas). Check out this UPS store #4031 when you have mailing, packaging or other business services they provide! I have never encountered a rude staff member here. They are very helpful to the customer. I took the time to write this long review because it is so rare to find this consistent stellar service! (Btw, I’m not a relative or friend or administrator and have no vested interests in this company). Also, the staff is very diverse and all kind.

I mean, SO incredibly kind and helpful. I wish I knew everyone's names working that evening. There was 1 gentleman and 3 ladies. You truly made the difference and these laminated photos will be treasured by my family forever. THANK YOU for your kindness and assistance ❤️

She moved the line in the store by herself as 2 other staff members were busy trying to correct a problem with another customer. Yolanda was calm, efficient and polite.
