  I had an absolutely horrible experience at this FedEx location. Cathy was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional from the moment I tried to get assistance. Instead of helping resolve the issue, she made the entire situation worse with her attitude. To make matters worse, Ahmad (CSR) was also rude and unhelpful. Rather than stepping in to provide better service or de-escalate the situation, he added to the frustration with his tone and lack of professionalism. What’s even more disappointing is that the assistant manager, Angela, completely okayed and enabled this behavior instead of correcting it. Management allowing employees to treat customers this way is unacceptable. This location has inconvenienced me multiple times, and this experience was the final straw. There is no accountability, no professionalism, and clearly no respect for customers’ time. I will be avoiding this location going forward and strongly suggest others do the same. Corporate needs to seriously address the customer service issues at this store.

  Not surprised to see other reviews for Cathy at this location. Terrible customer service, super inconvenienced by her job and despite me not being able to hear her over and over, she kept mumbling under her breath. I use FedEx all over DFW consistently and this experience at the location was so unusual.

  My sister and I were in a tight situation.. we needed to print out our mom’s obituary, which we were up all night completing. We had gone the day before to show them what we wanted and to get pricing, etc. Joe and his manager Chuck were absolutely Amazing! We made it to the store minutes and I mean minutes before closing.. Joe had the Best attitude I could ever hoped for during a time like this!! He helped us on Sooo many levels and did I mention it was closing time.. yea! If it wasn’t for him and his helpfulness we wouldn’t had programs for the funeral. Chuck assisted us on pricing and we were so grateful! Thank you both for helping us in such a time sensitive matter ( the funeral was the nxt day, out of town) our family is forever grateful!

  Had to mail out a package and Ms. Cathy helped me out. I was in a hurry and she got me in and out. Thank you again Ms. Cathy

  Nick is excellent. Kathy manager is awesome. Some new red head guy is super rude & obnoxious. He interrupts the staff when with customers. Very bad attitude. He knows who he is too.
