This was my experience today , as I needed to print & return documents but my device wasn’t functioning. Next, I witnessed a team member named Monique help a patron who was given inadequate information about mailing a set of large batteries. She explained the dangers of sending Lithium batteries, but instead of turning him away, she took the Time to call another Facility where he can send his boxes.
