- KPKaren PhillipsJan 5, 20265.0We needed to get 2 new mailboxes put up in a new location. We already had the 911 address; we just needed to get boxes. Went to the post office in Carthage, and there was a long line. Two people were working the counter and apologized for the wait saying they would be with us as soon as possible. Also someone from the back came out to see if she could help anyone who just needed to drop something off. When it was our turn, they were super helpful and told us everything we needed to do; even gave us the number for TX Dot to set the posts. Highly recommend!

Either refuses to drive up the driveway for packages that won't fit in mailbox, or will leave your hard earned money sitting on the ground for any thief to see and steal. Horrible employees that could use a little exercise, instead they will not even load your package in their vehicle if they can't pick it up with 2 fingers. But, what do you expect from government ran business, right?
- DBDenise & Dave BarlockDec 1, 20195.0The staff at this Post office is extremely friendly and they go out their way to help you. They do get busy so one needs to be prepared to wait in line. I've seen them call other staff from the back when the person up front can't handle the line fast enough. Parking is never an issue with parking in the front, both sides and the back.
