We needed to get 2 new mailboxes put up in a new location. We already had the 911 address; we just needed to get boxes. Went to the post office in Carthage, and there was a long line. Two people were working the counter and apologized for the wait saying they would be with us as soon as possible. Also someone from the back came out to see if she could help anyone who just needed to drop something off. When it was our turn, they were super helpful and told us everything we needed to do; even gave us the number for TX Dot to set the posts. Highly recommend!

The Mail Carrier’s on Fm 31 south doesn’t take any pride in their work. Pull up to mailbox just crammed packages in the box letters laying on ground know pride in their work. I don’t know why I even complain the postmaster doesn’t even care. We have been to post office and complained in person a half dozen are more don’t do any good.

Extremely lazy, and very rude employees. Either refuses to drive up the driveway for packages that won't fit in mailbox, or will leave your hard earned money sitting on the ground for any thief to see and steal. Horrible employees that could use a little exercise, instead they will not even load your package in their vehicle if they can't pick it up with 2 fingers. But, what do you expect from government ran business, right?
