  Giving a negative review because of one employee from earlier today. I visited to do an Amazon return, a shorter gentleman that I haven’t seen worked there before, processed my return. I tried to make small talk about the weather, but he didn’t even say a single word from the time I said hi, how are you doing today? He just scanned the barcode on my phone, print out the receipt and handed it to me. He actually looked kind of angry for some reason. Not sure if he had a bad day or if it’s something personal against me, but I have yet to receive my refund. Amazon doesn’t even show that it has accepted my return item which I’m concerned about now. This location, I usually receive a refund within 30 mins to 2 hours max. I’ve visited this location many times over the course of 2 years and everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly, courteous, and provided services without any issues.

  I had a very frustrating experience with one of the employees, “Kathy.” She was dismissive and came across as rude from the start. When I asked about printing, she brushed me off quickly without taking the time to explain the process or offer any help. What made it more frustrating was that she was chatting and laughing with another customer about unrelated things while I was waiting. I tried to be patient, but since my situation was urgent, I politely asked if there was another way to print. Instead of being helpful, her attitude remained the same, and I didn’t feel acknowledged as a customer at all. Customer service should be about assisting people—especially when they clearly need help. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that improvements are made in how customers are treated.I honestly think it crossed into being a bit racist, and I hope the management takes this seriously.
