Don’t use this location if you’re dropping off a package after hours. The self service package drop is out of order and based on other reviews it looks like it’s been that way for years. No excuse for it to take this long to fix it.

I have never seen a post office not pick up the phone when someone calls!! I paid for priority mail (50$) to be exact for my package to be delivered on time. They get to the location it suppose to be delivered too just to say the place was closed!! I called the business and they said no one even attempted to deliver anything. So they basically stopped the time when they put business was closed so now my 50$ was a waste of money just for it to be treated like regular mail!! I will be filing a complaint with someone of higher ranking.

lazy delivery drivers don’t follow instructions or deliver packages through our apartment parcel system like they should, they just dump all the packages off at the front office and leave

I would give zero stars if it were available. I am missing hundreds of pieces of mail that were never delivered to my address. I get an email everyday that shows my delivery. It was spot on for 10 years. Now it seems especially the checks are missing. I've spoken with the postmaster. With stolen mail. I've filed complaints with everybody you can possibly do for the post office. Still no resolution. I guess I'm going to have to go to a PO box cuz I can no longer count on the United States postal service. Very sad times

If this is the location that delivers to 75006 zip code here in Carrollton then they have a thief working for them. My family receives a Christmas card with a gift card every year to purchase gifts for the little ones since our other family member has moved out of Texas. We were in the kitchen and saw the mail man through door window come up to deliver mail, walk to a neighbors home just to come back almost immediately to leave something in mailbox again (so we thought) . After a few mins we checked mail to find the single bubble mail package empty and a tear in it. When we approached the mail man to ask if he knows why an empty envelope was left in our box his response was “idk you’ll have to call the post office or the sender”. We did call and they directed us to file claim, we were told that it shouldn’t have even left office empty that any mail found like that is placed in a separate bin to report. Being told that it’s safe to assume the mail man or any other person who would have come in contact with mail in van stole a $200 gift card. It’s sad and honestly concerning we receive many things of value through USPS and now we will have to constantly be on alert that something could go missing. I hope this is investigated and taken seriously so other families won’t have this issue. They were fast to use gift card as well cause my family who bought it contacted store next day and gave receipt # and they said gift card has been used and it was at 0 balance. Well Merry Christmas to them, I hope they had fun spending it and we will just figure out another way to get gifts for the little ones. I will attach photo of how the tear looked to show it was done with malice. We have never had this issue in prior years as well as other addresses we lived in.
