I selected signature-required delivery, yet I was told in person by a staff member that my package was delivered to the mailbox — no signature, no confirmation, and nothing was actually there. What’s the point of paying for a signature-required option if it’s just going to be left like regular mail? Completely defeats the purpose and feels like a lack of care or accountability.
