Poor service and communication when expecting any package. I’ve also noticed the driver or facility will mark the package as delivered when it’s actually out for delivery instead. It’s happened twice in the last week so it’s disappointing to know that misreporting is part of their standard.

I went to go leave some packages at this postal office, I always go to the self service area to not bother anyone and leave my packages were everyone leaves them but today they’re was no where to put my packages so I ask the lady on the desk, then she goes “put it on the table” I put it where she pointing at from far away and she like “NO NOT THE MATCHINE, why are you putting it in the machine!!! in the table” I then go respectfully “why not just take the package from me and tell me where it goes?” Then she gets mad and start mumbling to her self. A sweet lady working next to her who was dealing with her own situation told me where to put it which I’m thankful for. I just don’t understand why she working if she just going to be sitting down and yelling at customers and criticizing them, just stay home and bother you family!! She was a middle age Asian lady

There’s an employee at this location that is so incredibly rude for no reason. I’m not sure what he does, he just stands off on the side and stares off in the distance. He wears a hat, and he just stands aware always looking miserable to be there. He’s not an employee at the counter, he’s just randomly there. I dropped off some packages and asked where to put them. He was already in a bad mood for some reason and scolded me for putting the items on the wrong side of the counter. There’s absolutely no reason for him to be that rude to a customer. If he’s that upset working here he needs to leave and find a job that won’t make him so grumpy. Someone like him is a cancer to this location, he shouldn’t be here treating and talking to customers the way he does. Someone higher up needs to step up and have a serious conversation with him. People like that should never work customer service, ever. Maybe he just wants others to feel as miserable as him. Avoid him at all costs.

I have never been to a post office location that is both as understaffed as this one, and also seems to never with a sense of purpose as this one. Every time I am forced to come here in person, the lobby is ALWAYS full to bursting because of the line of folks waiting to be helped. There is never enough workers behind the counter, and they are always rude with an attitude when you finally wait long enough for it to be your turn to be helped.

I seriously can't take this place anymore— They've lost multiple packages of mine throughout these past few years. One time, the first, was when I had a delivered status to a general location but didnt say where— Didn't find it there. I looked around, couldn't find it and neither at my door. Assumed the location was essentially the post office I go to there thinking it might have been dropped off there but this Lady, despite telling her what I've done and steps I did had still told me "Oh, did you check your mailbox?" YES. YES I DID. So I waited around for them to look in the back for it only for the lady to up and left the building as I was nearly waiting for 20 minutes. The other few times were delivered, but couldn't find the packages even shortly after the status changed. Now up to CURRENTLY: I had a notification indicating that my package couldn't be delivered couldnt fit in my mail box and so they brought it back to the post office for me to either pick up or I could assign a re-attempt delivery. Not only did I went to this office because it was this address, they didn't have it. I had a pink slip and everything AND THEY DIDN'T HAVE IT. Fine, things happen. So I re-attempt a redelivery for DEC 10. The status was stuck on "Scheduled for Redlivery" Only for it to never happened and now that its the 21st after no signs of it at the office nor my mailbox? Package is being sent BACK TO SENDER. Even with it stuck at redelivery, after not finding at the office, they somehow have it to return back to sender. I cant get a refund due to the shop owner terms, I tried to issue a claim but the website page keeps going into an error screen and now I'm stuck with unable to do anything, $50 down the drain and just proven by point over and over, and LAST that I can't trust them anymore.
