    Kayla (who works at this location) is an absolute godsend! I highly reccomend this store; very professional and hard working individuals here! My mother and I mixed up the return shipping labels we recieved to return our old phones from AT&T. After getting the runaround from AT&T for 2 days from people over the phone and in person, they promised us any UPS store would be able to determine from scanning the shipping label which label belonged to which phone. However when I made it to UPS I found out this was completely false! Despite Kayla not having access to the information AT&T swore up and down they would, she went out of her way to help. She determined which phone belonged to which phone from some obscure information AT&T provided on only 1 of the phone's shipping reciepts. Kayla could have EASILY not made any of this her problem and sent me on my way but she didn't! Thank you Kayla for going above and beyond for us; it is sincerely appreciated.

    Visited on this Sunday morning and the staff member working was exceptional. She was all alone, handling a steady line with speed, patience and professionalism. She answered questions clearly, double checked labels, and treated every customer with respect. Really impressive service and a great experience at this UPS Store.
