However, I had the displeasure of coming in on a day when an older woman with glasses (I believe she may have been a manager) was working. She was extremely rude as soon as I walked in laughing a giant package that I needed to return. When it was my turn in line she tried to tell me I wasn't allowed to return the package since it wasn't in its original box. Mind you, this was a 3 inch mattress topper that was vacuumed sealed in its original box, literally impossible for me to put back in. I told her I had done that before just two weeks ago and the person working then helped me pack it into another box no problem. The whole time this interaction is happening she's using a tone to basically notify the other costumers in the store that I'm dumb. She then criticized me for not seeing the instructions on the computer properly, literally walking about 15-20 feet over to me just to point at the instructions. This just felt EXTREMELY rude and condescending. Overall just a very unpleasant person to be around, I pray for her sweet coworkers.
