I got tracking that the driver was streets away but instead drove away from my house & put it as hold again for re delivery on Monday. Management GUARANTEED a delivery 2-06-2026 before 8pm. There should be no reason why the driver couldn’t deliver because they were literally less that 5 minutes away just a couple streets off. This is a medical package that I need that was guaranteed & put on priority delivery that I now have to wait until Monday to get. Horrible experience! & I’m going to need some type of resolution!
