  I came to this UPS store in Canyon, Texas for help with a UPS package. I was told that there’s nothing they can do to Help me with my undelivered package because they aren’t UPS. I asked them why they have UPS written on their building and they said they are UPS but they are different UPS meaning they don’t deal with UPS problems I suppose anyway if you want help finding your package, I wouldn’t suggest asking this store for help

  The employees at this location have always been friendly, kind and helpful, and I've witnessed when customers can be difficult. I appreciate their friendliness and hard work.
