I took off 1star for Rebecca because of the unprofessional hostile and troublesome interactions including a suggestion to email my legal documents to her personal account when she wasn't able to "find" documents emailed to be printed. When I suggested that sending my legal documents to her personal account could cause some legal issues such as fraud/identity theft questions, Rebecca stated that "I was the only one complaining" I let her know I would prefer for another employee to handle my business she stated "she's all yours" and left the other employee Jack with a line of customers which he dealt with efficiently and courteously. Wouldn't have written this review about it but This was the 4th time I went in to handle a business task and Rebecca Either created a problem where there wasn't one, said something nasty after someone else left the room or in this case suggested illegal handling of documentation.
