  The employees at this location have always been friendly, kind and helpful, and I've witnessed when customers can be difficult. I appreciate their friendliness and hard work.

  This store refused to ship a rifle barrel I was trying to return to the manufacturer. Its not hazardous, it wasn't a complete firearm, just a new unused part. 1 of 50 parts to make a single firearm. Nope not hazardous like live cartridges, primers, or powder. Just a barrel. Literally a piece of round shaft with a hole through it from end to end you can see through. As dangerous as your vacuum cleaner hose. Pick any other harmless part- say a tiny gun screw the size of a pea-if they know what it is they will not ship it. At the same time they claim UPS is not anti gun?? The service was fine, but the policy is infuriating because a simple task of trying to ship a simple box turned into a 2 hour ordeal driving first to Canyon then back to Amarillo to find someone else who would ship it. I'm writing this to warn others who might have to learn the hard way about this.

  The Canyon UPS store is great! The staff is friendly and always helpful. I do know there are frustrating situations at times but that’s not always the local owners fault. Lots of decisions are made at the corporate level (as in most big companies) and it leaves the owners’ hands tied. I’ve seen some pretty negative comments; let’s give a little grace to our fellow humans - we all need it…DAILY!

  They charged a dollar $1 on top of their own prepaid shipping label that was already paid for around 5 dollar, because "they have to print it out." Straight up condescending attitude from the employee when I said it's too much. It's either the employee's mistake or this corporate greed getting out of control.

  Very professional and helpful. Needed my packing slip printed and they got me all squared away. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes! Great store.
