Terrible, just terrible. Don’t know if it’s lack of training, them hiring incompetent lazy workers or thieves. But there’s been numerous times our household doesn’t get the packages they order when tracking says they’ve been delivered. ( neighbors complain as well) That agency needs a complete revamp. - Caddo Mills, Texas

The male mail carrier is a terrible person. This is 3rd time he has cussed, yelled and threatened our office staff. We are a company and first time he came in yelling and threatening to “take it outside” with one of my coworkers because the flag was left up but there was no mail in it, mind you construction is going on daily in front of our building so it could of been anyone and it’s an honest mistake. It did not need that kind of behavior.

A simple mistake cost me $1100. I misread the label on my return mobile device packaged and dropped it off at the post office instead of UPS. It dawned on me a few days later after checking the tracking information. I went in and spoke with the representative there and she informed me that they hand the UPS mail over to their couriers and that most likely my package was picked up the day before. I thanked them and continued to monitor the tracking information. A few days later I noticed that there wasn’t an update on my package and went back in. The representative there called her colleague and they mentioned that my package was more than likely delivered to the main USPS post office in Dallas and that they have UPS packages picked up all the time from there. I called UPS to see if they could assist and they informed me that since it’s not in their system, they can’t really assist. That the package was never scanned into their system and is most likely either stolen or with USPS. I get that I made a mistake and dropping off the package at the wrong spot and that all my best efforts proved fruitless. I’m just disappointed as it seems like the most likely situation is that my package was stolen/lost and there’s no one to hold accountable.

The mail man for Riverfield is terrible! Mail and packages are being placed into other peoples mailboxes and the parcel keys aren’t to the correct parcel boxes! People are keeping others people packages! Do better! This is maddening and unacceptable and pure laziness!!

Parcel Locker keys in my neighborhood are mixed up and mislabeled, packages constantly being delivered to the wrong addresses, they still haven't fixed it, been over a month now.
