I've been in multiple time to try and get help and its obvious that when she doesnt feel like helping she pushes it off on another office. Not sure why this office has a desk when no true help is offfered. I probably wont ever go back as its a waste of time. 10 out of 10 dont recommend. I'd just plan on going somewhere else as thats all shes going to tell you to do anyway.

- AAamandaJun 12, 20251.0Alexia was on her phone watching videos when I walked in . I said hello she ignore me. I went to the counter asked if she could secure my package with an extra piece of tape she never responded to me nor spoke to me . She rang me up and thru my package to the side. (No extra piece of tape ) no thank u have a nice day not one word . She really needs to be evaluated on her customer service skills, she has none . Went to my car realized she didn’t give me a tracking number for my package so I went back in to ask she was sitting down back on her phone watching videos when I said “you didn’t give me a tracking number for my package “ she pointed at the counter and said I set it there and continued to watch her video on her phone. I will not be using the Bushland post office again !
