- AAamandaJun 12, 20251.0Alexia was on her phone watching videos when I walked in . I said hello she ignore me. I went to the counter asked if she could secure my package with an extra piece of tape she never responded to me nor spoke to me . She rang me up and thru my package to the side. (No extra piece of tape ) no thank u have a nice day not one word . She really needs to be evaluated on her customer service skills, she has none . Went to my car realized she didn’t give me a tracking number for my package so I went back in to ask she was sitting down back on her phone watching videos when I said “you didn’t give me a tracking number for my package “ she pointed at the counter and said I set it there and continued to watch her video on her phone. I will not be using the Bushland post office again !

She is the de facto Mayor of Bushland everyone loves her. she goes out of her way to make sure we get our packages. There is a post saying packages to 79119 were rerouted. that is not the zip code for this post office its 79012. this post office had nothing to do with that. 79119 is the main office in Amarillo. that one star should be removed
