Super disappointed! I dropped off packages for my small business. I was told to add my packages to the pile of other packages. They closed over four hours ago. They never scanned in my packages! When they are scanned, my customers are made aware of the progression of their shipment. This reflects poorly on me. I no longer trust the employees at this location to do what they need to do for their paying customers. Next time I will wait in line. I advise other business owners to do the same.

I have never had so many issues with the post office as I have with this branch. We have had 6! debit cards returned to the bank because the recipient's last name is different than mine and my wife's, despite having added the recipient to our home address THREE times now. Additionally, we have had driver's licenses, vehicle registrations, in addition to several other pieces of mail that are supposed to be delivered, never make it to our mailbox and get sent back. However, we are somehow getting mail for previous tenants/occupants that have not lived there in 2+ years since we've been there with a variety of last names that ARE NOT on the list we have had to go out of our way to fill out more than once. Another government agency displaying the quality of government.

Really nice employees! Very fast and reliable customer service! I had a shipping issue (with a completely different currier). The employees at this office went above and beyond to help me figure out what company delivered my package. I had wrongly accused/complained that a USPS employee left my package on top of my streets clusterbox. Turns out they didn’t deliver my package at all. Usps employees helped me figure out who the currier was. The tracking number was strange so it was not easy to figure out. They also called back a second time to make sure the problem was resolved. Thank you!

Rude! A long line. No supplies available to fill out, after waiting in a lengthy line, handed an envelope that I knew I needed to complete. The female employee told me to step as side. I moved to the side and was told to go to the back and was told “I don’t need you looking over my shoulder.” I walked out. I will drive to another post office.
