  I ordered brochures on Canva and chose the option of having them printed and picked up at FedEx. I was a little worried because the pdf showed a white border around the inside and outside, but they turned out perfect. 100 brochure were ready within hours. Folds were consistent. Color was vibrant and paper quality was great (even though I ordered Standard and not the high quality option). Pick up was fast and easy and the girl who helped me was polite and efficient.

  Usually I love this location because everyone is so kind. Today however I've been trying to reach them via phone and it literally goes through automated options over and over again. It's almost impossible to speak to a human and that is SOOOOO inconvenient. I can not get my issue solved if I can not speak to someone... lol

  Excellent customer service. Had something printed here and I had a typo so they elected to reprint them at no charge. They were open before anyone else was and the printing looked fine.

  I use this FedEx to ship to brand new iPhone 7's and a new pair of tennis shoes to my girlfriend in New York on September 23, 2017 unfortunately the third day out Found out that she had given me the wrong address tried to put a new address on the package but the people at FedEx said it had to be shipped all the way back to Fort Worth Texas to me somehow just break FedEx people sent the package to the wrong address for a week and A half it took me that long to get somebody on the phone with Fedex what's the sense to get it shipped to the right address that was on the package when I finally did receive the package back there were no iPhones at all in the box somebody at Fedex had stolen the two brand new iPhones it has taken me from around October 5 to November 6 to get someone from the claims department on the phone and this lady wanted me to ship the box with the tennis shoes in it Back to her I had told her the only way she would get the box what a generous use it it was when she paid for the tennis shoes I tried to explain to this lady that it has already been 6 1/2 to 7 weeks that we have done without our new iPhones that a FedEx employee has to Stolen. The phone company has trace the iPhones and has said The phones are still in the Fort Worth area they will not give us an exact address so they could only do that for the police department so I guess the only way I'm going to get anything done with these scamming stealing FedEx people is to go to the police so I guess tomorrow that is what I'm going to have to do I have lost their minds if they think I'm ever going to use Fedex again please if you choose to use this company to ship your packages make sure that you insurance on it.
