- KPKenneth PNov 17, 20251.010 days to pick up a miss delivered letter, in mail box, flag up. Havent recieved mail for 14 days. Just received time sensitive letters from 10/20, on 11/15. Package reported as delivered on 11/4 by USPS not recieved.
- DYDaniel YJun 20, 20255.0Let me start by saying I have no idea what these other reviewers are talking about when they say bad things about the staff. Maybe they were bad years ago, and y'all need to redo your reviews. We just moved here in the middle of May. Yes, my Amazon package said it was delivered on a Sunday when it was still in Palestine. But, I went up to the post office to hopefully pick it up. It wasn't there. It was still in Palestine, as Amazon said. So, I was helped by the Post Master when I arrived. She checked their system and told me it should be here in a couple of days. So, I waited and returned there to check. She was off that day. So, I returned the following week, and it was there. I also had to go there to get mailbox keys for the apartment's new clusters. Now, I just need to figure out why I have yet to receive a single piece of mail. But, the 3 ladies I did interact with were very nice and professional. Whomever reviewed this place as "worst post office in the world" surely hasn't been to it lately, nor to other post offices where the employees really aren't really helpful/have attitude. People, don't listen to others who only have 1-5 reviews, and only their job gets 5 stars. That's ridiculous. Check how many reviews the reviewer has, and when the review was posted.
- LBLogan BeardApr 21, 20221.0We moved to buffalo and I went up there to ask where I need to put my new mail box ($50 for post and concrete) the worker told me “anywhere is fine, just as long as it’s 48” off the ground”. Well come to find out anywhere is not fine, I have to pull it out of the ground and get a new one because they’re to lazy to go out and look and tell you where exactly to put it. The manager Shelia won’t add to the route or refund me for having to buy a new post.
