Instead of helping resolve my issue or answering basic questions, they acted annoyed and uninterested the entire time. It honestly seemed like they had no idea what they were doing or didn’t care to. They said they would call me back with order details and never did. I had an urgent print order and called multiple times to confirm pricing and turnaround, only to be told later they couldn’t even print it there. If this is how they operate, this location might as well close down. The work ethic is nonexistent.
