- NRN ReeveFeb 28, 20261.0I attempted to send a package. I was told it couldn’t be sent UPS due to a PB Box and then was told they couldn’t do USPS because they are out of money. The two people behind me helped by another person were able to send USPS. I asked if she could explain as I didn’t understand. She just kept saying “we are out of money”. I have no idea what that means. Maybe if she didn’t stop helping me three times to answer questions for people behind me then they would have still “had money” but she wouldn’t give me more information on what she meant. I have shipped here before and am used to the employees being in a hurry but she was incredibly rude.
