If I could give them 0 stars, I would. They’d call me and leave a voicemail for a service request update, and as soon as I called them back, they would answer the call and end it immediately. They lost my package and stated they dropped it off a block away from me and should expect to get it the next day. I never received anything and they closed my service request without even notifying me beforehand. HORRIBLEEE USPS never had any issues except in this damn town. I won’t be surprised if they saw my review and start targeting my future packages based off my name.

I dropped off a package on January 20th, and as of today, it has still not been delivered to the customer. I immediately filed a missing mail search after two weeks of no movement, but received no response from USPS. I even provided photos of the package contents, a shirt, to assist in locating it, yet there has been no progress or resolution. When I followed up a week later in person, the clerk told me that packages are not kept at that location, despite me showing evidence on my phone that the package never reached the North Houston distribution center, which is the next step in transit. She also would not go in the back and look for the package. I understand that occasional scan delays can happen, but in this case, the package should have at least been processed and scanned at another distribution center, especially since my customer lives out of state. This situation has caused significant inconvenience, and the lack of communication or accountability from USPS has been extremely frustrating. A clearer process and timely updates are urgently needed to prevent situations like this. The photo I’ve included, taken on February 22nd—over a month after the package was shipped—shows that USPS has failed to respond to the missing mail search and that the package remains stuck at this post office.

I have never dealt with more lazy, incompetent, careless employees in my life. I order online quite frequently and at this point, USPS owes me well over $1K in lost packages. Bryan/College Station is the only area I have ever faced this issue in. Not only is the service less than poor and unprofessional, but the USPS website is just as useless; it's almost like they make it as difficult as possible for you to file a claim, search for missing mail, or talk to customer service. The reviews here show that I am not alone and that everything everyone has been stating is absolutely valid, however, USPS couldn't care any less. Something has to be done about this. USPS owes a lot of people money and it's beyond stealing at this point.

Opens at 8… tell me why there’s a line at 830 with doors locked and no lights on. Also they never have accessible packaging items in main area. Sucks for those who can’t make it during operating hours.
