I do enjoy this post office and the staff. We go often enough. Sometimes I don’t like the long line, but you figure out days that are slower and go then if possible. I had a couple of unpleasant encounters but they have been remedied in the last year. The people are friendly and don’t go on break in front of you while customers are standing in the long line as often anymore. I do think the long line makes people very upset, but the customers mostly slow things down by not being prepared or ask long winded questions that the post office attendants try hard to answer quickly, but without making the person feel rushed. I wouldn’t be as patient as the workers at the post office usually are. I am leaving this review because I do not believe this post office deserves the low rating it has. It needs to be at least a 3.5, but not below 2 stars. That is not accurate.

Worst post office ever doesn’t even have a drop off this place was probably great back in the 90s but this post office needs to be updated or just closed down entirely what a shame they should be embarrassed

Went in to ship some returns I was making, and in the almost 5 years I’ve lived here I’ve never encountered such rude customer service in this area until I came here, I remembered her name for this post exactly (Sheridan). This was the first time I had to do return mail with USPS and I will definitely avoid it from now on. These type of jobs need to be given to people who are more kind and customer friendly and not people with the worst attitude there is.

None of their numbers work. It took me 6-7 different calls and my own research to figure out how to get to a PERSON. Their building number has a bot that speaks to you about everything other than your issue, and when you finally get it to give you to a person, it ends up being a 45 min wait to a real person, just for THAT person to you give you a disconnected and inactive number. Good Lord.

2 out of 3 of my recently delivered Priority Mail packages arrived in my PO Box OPENED! One was missing contents. Not sure if they are looking for cash, gift cards & goodies at Christmas time...?🤔 Because of this, I chose to use UPS this year (and from now on) to deliver all my packages that I have always mailed Priority Mail by USPS in the past. While the friendliness of the employees at the counter has improved recently. The handicap buttons to automatically open the doors have not worked in YEARS!! Maybe they never did work? Please fix them all.
