Worst post office ever doesn’t even have a drop off this place was probably great back in the 90s but this post office needs to be updated or just closed down entirely what a shame they should be embarrassed

How does a United States building close because the employees decide they wanna grab a sandwich?
Closed for lunch? Who does this in the year of our lord 2025.
I went all the way out there to drop off some packages. I had already printed postage.
What a shame

1 star is generous. So tired of all the back and forth with the post offices. They do not communicate with each other and no one is on the same page. An item I was waiting for was incorrectly marked return to sender. I was told to go to the main office in the city I live in. As soon as it opened the next day, I went to the main College Station office. I was told all packages are at the main Bryan office and I went straight there, but they were closed due to internet issues. They had a sign saying to go to the other post offices, but apparently no one informed the other offices they were doing that. I called the CS office to let them know so they didn’t send anyone else on a wild goose chase - they had no clue. I was also told my package would be held for 2 weeks (false). I called the Bryan officd several times the next day and no one would answer. Then of course they are closed on the weekends. Monday I went back to the main Bryan office only to be told the 2 week hold is inaccurate, and my package was sent back over the weekend. Useless. Now I’m having to fight for a refund and re-order in time for a birthday party.
