  I attempted to send a package. I was told it couldn’t be sent UPS due to a PB Box and then was told they couldn’t do USPS because they are out of money. The two people behind me helped by another person were able to send USPS. I asked if she could explain as I didn’t understand. She just kept saying “we are out of money”. I have no idea what that means. Maybe if she didn’t stop helping me three times to answer questions for people behind me then they would have still “had money” but she wouldn’t give me more information on what she meant. I have shipped here before and am used to the employees being in a hurry but she was incredibly rude.

  During my visit, the employees were not welcoming and appeared to have a negative attitude. There was no greeting upon arrival, and no “thank you” was given at the end of the transaction. As a customer, I believe professionalism and basic courtesy are very important.

  overnight a check and ups lost it went back to talk to the store and the female employee got a attitude and said she doesn't deal with that, that's manger job and we called the manger or owner didn't call back (Hernado) paid 95.00 dollars hope he loses his franchise!!!!!

  Customer service is great employees are well prepared. They’re willing to help and is a very versatile store that you can do several things in one place.

  This is the place to print in town. The staff are friendly, attentive, and helpful; they'll help get things right if you have file troubles or need extra assistance. The large paper cutter is a big plus
