I have used this location several times and never an issue. BUT today I went in to mail a package and the young man helping me stood there and ate food while checking me out. I just don’t understand the young people thinking this is okay. I would have been fired from my job back in the day!

Lady at the front was so rude and sarcastic. She had a passive aggressive tone and clearly doesn’t like her job. I feel bad for her because she has to do this every day, but she should at least pretend to be nice.

It might have been the time of day I was here, but I didn't have to wait in line at all. Staff were friendly, attentive, and FAST. I had my receipt and was back in my vehicle in 3 minutes. I liked that!

Went in store today to process an Amazon return. Was charged $1 to process a return, was not told I would be charged until after the blonde had instructed me to email the label to the store and printed it. Would have been nice to have known about the charge in advance of doing those things. After the man at the counter took my payment and gave me a tracking label he half hazard tossed my package on the floor. I kindly asked if he was going to tape my package closed and label it. He said he would do that later. I explained I would like to see that that is done before I left the store. Ya know, I want to see that the printed label I just paid for was actually placed on the item I am returning and not someone else’s package by mistake. The man was annoyed yet complied, the blonde then scoffed, laughed, shook her head and walked away. I am not sure why she was so bothered as I feel using the label I just paid for is a simple and innocent request and I was not even making that request of her, but her coworker at the desk. I can confidently say I will not be returning to this location. If I do use UPS for my Amazon returns in the future I will drive to a different location in hopes of working with kinder staff.
