We went in and spoke with the coordinator Jordan told him about our situation. He then passed the issue along to the postmaster, and They helped in getting our mailbox placement at our home, where we wouldn't have to drive into traffic to.Retrieve our mail.We are very thankful for the prompt.Courteous and professional ways, they handled it!

Personally the automated system just needs to go and put people actual people back on the phones so other people can get their questions answered that need to be answered that your automated system apparently doesn’t know how to answer and it doesn’t matter how many times you request an agent they still want you to talk to a not so smart automated system. But in person at the office they do a lot better

I had to go all the way up the the store to get my package on multiple occasions. Start making your people do their jobs right please. If you in fact have NOT delivered a package i do not want a notification saying i did. Any other shipping company does just fine. It's literally this usps messing things up.
