Really bad experience with Brenda at this location. Rude, unpolite and with zero tolerance to listen what customers have to ask or say. She was rushing me to do what she was asking or to wait for someone else to help me. I have never had a problem before, maybe she was having a bad day or something cause her face and attitude reflected a very sour soul in that office during my visit.

Friday dec 19 The people that helped me were calm and collected which I deeply do appreciate. My rating isn't for the people working front desk that help with shipping labels and what-not. It's reflecting how terrible usps handles things as a whole. Being told I have to pay $55 for express shipping yet it still won't show up till the 24th (which we all know usps loves to close early for holidays and they push workers to do 10x the work) i was told had I showed up a couple hours earlier it couldve shown up a day or two early? How does that work? They only have trucks come in the morning once?? when I asked what's the next lowest it was around $15 for it to show up a day after Christmas (which I'm sure won't be literally a day after but 4 or more days after) what kind of price hike is that, though? Do they really not work weekends or what? I'm not shipping it that far. If you want REAL express shipping then go to ups. They handle things much quicker and don't take their sweet time delivering express packages. You actually get what you pay for unlike usps.

Had a package go out for delivery then magically driver scanned sayi g failed to deliver and scanned back into the station. Went it to retrieve it and they acknowledged it was there but all the sudden now they cant find it in there. As if they cant figure out who is the driver that had it and scanned it and took back to the station! Bs. They figured out whats in it.

Here's the mailbox they apparently had "no access to" Lying about not being able to deliver my packages is ridiculous especially when other packages get delivered to the house. There's full access to the mail box AND the front door. They labeled that with another package that they ended up delivering after thanksgiving so why not these two? Lucky they had them and didn't lose them or send them back. Hire people who care about their jobs even a little bit. Some of us could use a good paying job with benefits but unfortunately the government has a track record of hiring entitled arrogant lazy people. DO YOUR JOB
