- IAIsabel AhumadaOct 22, 20251.0Very bad customer service, the clerks had an attitude and looked as if they don't enjoy helping people, I was in line and witness an elderly lady wanting to ask a quick question about a package which the clerk just told her she was busy helping someone else and to go back in line. Girl it was a simple yes or no answer. A little smile while at WORK never hurt anyone!! And don’t make it noticeable how much you dislike your job.

I went to pick up a package and found out they gave it to someone else. The manager kept telling me I picked it up, she was so rude, same as the guy who was at the window. Uneducated terrible people. They never admitted giving my package to someone else. I need to submit a claim. I hate going to the post office.
