They never not even once answer the phone , u can call 20 times and not one answer , there employees never answer one call , it has happened in the past too , I get reminders of my packages that’s supposed to get delivered , I was here all day and they never came , I don’t know if they just put there gonna deliver it and just never do , it’s always the same problem, even the worker said yes it says we’re gonna deliver it ,(or if u file a Redelivery ) but no we don’t do that even if it says on your email , so idk why they just don’t let u know in the email they can’t deliver instead of lying and me being here waiting for it , and the fact that they can’t answer one call from the 20 calls just to ask and confirm a question is crazy , yall need better employees to help out or more employees… this is outrageous not the first or 2 nd or 3 rd time it happens with yall

Really bad experience with Brenda at this location. Rude, unpolite and with zero tolerance to listen what customers have to ask or say. She was rushing me to do what she was asking or to wait for someone else to help me. I have never had a problem before, maybe she was having a bad day or something cause her face and attitude reflected a very sour soul in that office during my visit.
