Very bad customer service, the clerks had an attitude and looked as if they don't enjoy helping people, I was in line and witness an elderly lady wanting to ask a quick question about a package which the clerk just told her she was busy helping someone else and to go back in line. Girl it was a simple yes or no answer.
A little smile while at WORK never hurt anyone!! And don’t make it noticeable how much you dislike your job.

Terrible customer service, my street is under construction so they won’t deliver my mail even though fed ex and UPS do. I went to pick up a package and found out they gave it to someone else. The manager kept telling me I picked it up, she was so rude, same as the guy who was at the window. Uneducated terrible people. They never admitted giving my package to someone else. I need to submit a claim. I hate going to the post office.
