They didnt contact me about my package like it stated in the instructions from amazon that i wanted to be contacted so i can go outside to retrieve my item. The guy i spoke too just a while tried to have me call somewhere else. I was told to call here an it took 10 calls to get ahold of someone an for the guy to be very rude to me. He was the guy who answered at 6:58pm a while ago. Very poor customer service. Very rude staff. Very horrible of a company. The delivery driver needs to be written up. Cause this is ridiculous if instructions states to contact the customer for a package then do your job. Now they are trying to send my package to cvs in Harlingen where i possibly have to pay for my damn package. Very horrible experience an very horrible customer service.
