    If I could give zero stars I would im not sure who needs to hear this but get a new delivery driver the one that drives up and down 314 is going to cause a wreck this is the 10th time I have had to swerve out of the way into the on coming lane because whomever wants to be half way in and out of the road

    Worst service ever. I can't tell you how many packages I've had missent, delayed, delivered after dark which is absolutely unacceptable. The older lady that works the front is never friendly or helpful when I come up there with concerns for my packages. She never seems to know anything about anything. Not to mention to damaged or ripped open and taped back up packages. Do better. Be better. Try harder. Or hire an entire new staff.

    I realize there are fine people that work here. So I do not want to lay waste to their hard work and efforts. However, our overall experience in the last few years has been poor service due to poor management due to lack of accountability for and from the management. This is rampant in any agency that the depends upon government funding. It's sad. If the USPS was dependent upon profitability, the management would have a different approach and the service would be much improved....or they'd be out of jobs and out of business. Anyhow, it is what it is.

    Moved a few months back to new house...filled out required change of address forms at post office...months later we still hadn't received bills or mail... postmaster personally came by to deliver mail and ask a few questions. He said all the mail coming to this address they sent back to sender because they didn't know who lived here...said I didn't fill out paperwork...well, when I put up the mail box the carrier put a white card in mailbox for a list of recipients who would be receiving mail here and how did I want parcels delivered...next day, went to check mail, a red sticker was on the inside that said no parcels, but they say I never did fill it out...that was MONTHS AGO...the only reason I gave them 2 stars is because the postmaster himself came to check..Their incompetence has cost me countless late fees on bills , bills I will never pay online for security reasons , but never late. If service gets better.. I'll change my review accordingly.
