I appreciate that they take delivery of heavy and gigantic packages and even bring them out to my car. Employees have always been friendly and helpful. I do wonder how people who work a traditional M-F schedule get their packages with no weekend, evening or early morning hours at this post office.

Rude, and pessimistic custer service! Many in Bracketville have no choice but to use this office for a P.O box. Yet their hours make it near impossible to get packages delivered. Talked to a Daniel Hernandez and he was not willing and try to address any issues rather be set in a nonsupportive pessimistic attitude.

My only experience with this USPS location came a few weeks ago in inclement weather. I went inside on a Sunday to drop off a stamped letter. There was a sign posted instructing patrons to deposit mail in the outside receptacle box. This is the first time I have visited a post office that didn't have an indoor drop box for outgoing mail. This made for an inconvenient experience as I had to roll down my window outside in the rain, reach outside the car window to open the drop box, and then deposit a now water damaged parcel into the wet outdoor mail box. Ugh.
