    On Sat, Sept 27, 2025, I was supposed to receive a small pkg with a tracking #. After mail was delivered I received ALERT! Forwarded Sept 27, 2025 @ 12:23PM. WHAT THE HECK DOES THAT MEAN??? I think the carrier put it in the wrong box and really doesn't know where it is. This happens frequently. Don't think the carrier can read. Our Boerne Post Office has been bad for years BUT it's getting WORSE!!!!

    You will never reach these people over the phone, been trying for a week, this has been an issue since my dad was my age and growing up here. They do not follow delivery instructions and when their shitty service fills a box so full it wont open it’ll be your fault. This whole staff, building, and service needs to be wiped and restarted. If it wasn’t government funded they would’nt have jobs

    Been at my location for more than 20 years. used to have a really good mail carrier, because he was local and knew the area, but the post office itself is horrible. God forbid you need to reach someone over the phone. I am currently waiting on 17 packages that say there is no access to my location. Guessing the light on the road with construction is too much to handle and decides it is easier to say there is no access. I go to and from work everyday, pretty sure there is access. I have been calling for 2 days and NO ANSWER. Unfortunately it is the only Post Office here.

    I was waiting for a package that needed a signature I made sure I was home so as to not miss the delivery. It was raining off and on when I tracked the package it said: attempt made no access to delivery location. In other words the person delivering did not want to get off his vehicle to come to the door and knock. I wish they would have sent it through UPS or FedEx I would definitely have gotten my package...
