- RKRita KelloggDec 29, 20252.0Walked in to do 2 separate returns to the same company using the barcodes provided by the company. It was 2 separate purchases so 2 separate returns but to the same business. Anthony came out to assist the workers since the line was getting long. I presented my 2 separate bar code papers and told him I needed to return these and he immediately snapped at me saying “This the USPS. I don’t package and handle stuff”. I looked at him baffled, saying nothing, with absolute confusion as the type of return I selected told me to just bring the barcode and the items in a bag for the return, which is exactly what I did. Anthony further snapped at me saying “yeah I can give you attitude right back.” I was utterly shocked at his unprofessional behavior. I literally took my bag and papers and stepped to the side and told him I wasn’t giving any attitude and was just trying to return these items and that I hope he has a better day. Edgar was able to help me out without being rude. He was very friendly and helpful. He explained that I needed 2 separate bags as well and worked with me to package them separately even though the return was going to the same one company. USPS Management at Boerne needs to address Anthony’s attitude and professionalism. I’m born and raised in Boerne and have never encountered that kind of behavior from a business let alone a government entity. Such a shocking and terrible experience at the postal office. That guy is unhinged.
