- KTKatie TaylorJan 21, 20261.0I am absolutely tired of pieces of my mail never showing up i have informed delivery and I've been waiting 3 weeks for 3 pieces of mail to show of now as of yesterday im missing 5 pieces of mail also about 2 months ago you guys delivered a very important letter to the wrong address I waited for weeks for it to finally get it!! Usually by 8 am I get my informed delivery email and usually I get what it says that day but here lately it's been horrible!!!!

We had forgotten the completed application at home, as well as our checkbook, and we did not have any cash on hand. Unfortunately, their system was down and they were unable to accept card payments. Ralph kindly directed us to a nearby location where my husband could withdraw cash while I completed the application. His patience, guidance, and professionalism made a stressful situation incredibly smooth. This was, by far, one of the best experiences we’ve had during a passport renewal.
