The county decided to change our address to our new property AGAIN and it has pure hell trying to get the post office to do their job and register the new address so we can get our mail and packages! We're going on 8 months of this crap! I've called the main USPS customer service line and complained a few hundred times, I've gone to the post office several times when they're not super PACKED and talked to the post master! This is honestly getting ridiculous!
- MHMichelle HartleyJan 2, 20261.0The mailman on west 18th street has broken my mother's mailbox twice. I fixed her for her and he came and ripped the outgoing mail off the clip and broke it again. He needs to fix or replace it. You can call 10 times, every day, and the phone will NEVER be answer.
- MBMICHELLE BOXDec 6, 20251.0I get Amazon packages regularly. I regularly get a “hold” on my packages. Excuse is mailbox or door is blocked. It is literally NEVER blocked. They just don’t want to deliver if it’s a heavy item, if it’s cold, or they say I requested it, etc. If I wanted to have a PO Box, I’d get one. I am not able to get to the post office due to work. I go to work before it opens and leave work after it closes. Why can’t they just do their job? I JUST DONT GET IT!
