  The staff doesn't care if you get your packages or not. I was notified that a package was available for pick up at the post office (Friday evening). Showed up right as they opened to the public the next day (Saturday)to pick up this package, I also told the clerk, that was possibly another package there for me too, that had been brought in overnight or that morning. After waiting almost 15 minutes, the clerk returned to tell me, that the driver (who was still there) had them in their truck. Also told me the packages WOULD be delivered that day for sure. Well the packages weren't delivered Saturday. Monday they said out for redelivery for the third time. They were actually delivered to the office of our property, not our house. Luckily my wife was off work and could go retrieve these packages for our business... These items are for part of our livelihood and no one's cares about that part. Going forward we will pay the extra to use other shipping/carrier companies if you can't receive items in a timely manner

  My carrier speeds through the neighborhood and when I complained, he started leaving my mailbox open in the rain. Then started turning around in my driveway. I complained about that and he started leaving packages on the curb by the mailbox….Then dropped them out the window. I complained to every level at the USPS and nothing is being done. It’s the same, but now he won’t deliver packages at all!!! And, leaves no pink slips telling me there are packages at all. It’s a travesty that in my opinion, he knows he can’t be fired so it seems that he does what he wants and there is no recourse.

  Seeing so many bad reviews makes me feel better. My son is serving in military and wanted to send him a brand new phone that was clearly ok to sent to according to the international manual section 135.64. The staff keep telling me it consider haz even after reading them what that section said about new phone with the battery installed. And before anyone try to defend them APO is subject to the host country custom requirement so it is consider international. These staff are clearly a waste of taxpayers' money and need to study up on what there own organization policy.
