- JSJay SulfrianOct 16, 20251.0My carrier speeds through the neighborhood and when I complained, he started leaving my mailbox open in the rain. Then started turning around in my driveway. I complained about that and he started leaving packages on the curb by the mailbox….Then dropped them out the window. I complained to every level at the USPS and nothing is being done. It’s the same, but now he won’t deliver packages at all!!! And, leaves no pink slips telling me there are packages at all. It’s a travesty that in my opinion, he knows he can’t be fired so it seems that he does what he wants and there is no recourse.

My son is serving in military and wanted to send him a brand new phone that was clearly ok to sent to according to the international manual section 135.64. The staff keep telling me it consider haz even after reading them what that section said about new phone with the battery installed. And before anyone try to defend them APO is subject to the host country custom requirement so it is consider international. These staff are clearly a waste of taxpayers' money and need to study up on what there own organization policy.
