If I could give this post office zero I would. They are careless and deeply unhelpful. They are supposed to be public servants and they fail their community consistently. Jessi is especially lazy. Go to the post office in Temple.

Typical post office - could be great but never will be. Has a self service kiosk which would be nice after hours, but the drop box is locked shut so you can’t actually deposit your package once you purchase postage stamps on the kiosk. Keep your expectations low and you won’t be so disappointed. It’s a wonder they manage to breathe let alone deliver mail correctly (sometimes).

This is the second time in 2 weeks that my mail was undelivered and they cannot answer why. What is the purpose of mailing stamps if the mail never arrived to its destination… I’ve lost more money dealing with the post office than taking it myself!!!

I had a very small package to send. The UPS store wanted 30$ to mail it. The post office charged 7.50 an there was no waiting.
