  I am giving FIVE STARS for the Customer Service Representative that's always so pleasant, so friendly and goes over and beyond to assist me whenever I go there for business. She took the time out one day during the Christmas Holiday to help me try to track down a lost package. She spent about 30 minutes going through various systems to try to locate the package for me. I TRULY APPRECIATED HER EFFORTS. Then EVERY year, I create around 85 Football packages for family & friends that I mail to various states, as well as in state. I've been doing this for years, even prior to me moving to Texas. I've never had a problem. I realize that Bellville Post Office is a small establishment and having to do each envelope one by one takes time and will hold up the line. Well in 2024, Meggan came up with a plan for her to run my envelopes on one register, while assisting any customers that came in on the other register. CLEVER! Whenever, a customer came in....she would stop and help them, then go back to my project. OVER & BEYOND TO ASSIST. However, in 2025 I called ahead to see when it would be a good time to bring my envelopes, I learned that Meggan was out for a little while and my business was turned away. I was told that they could not hold up the line from other customers to do MY SERVICE. I thought to myself, WOW! They are turning down business ($200-$250), and am I not a customer as well. Meggan would never do that! She found a way to help the customer (ME). I'm a customer like everyone else. Later that evening, I drove all the way to Houston to a location that stays open later and got there 8 minutes before closing and was turned away also. The next day, I took time from work and drove to the Brenham location, where an Asian lady HAPPILY assisted me, despite them being shorthanded. BACK TO THE TRUE REASON FOR THIS REVIEW... Meggan at the Bellville Location goes over and beyond to assist her customers and despite if you come in there with half an envelope or 85 envelopes, she's going to help you!!! THANK YOU FOR ALWAYS PROVIDING ME EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

  Nobody knocks when you have a certified letter. They just put a notice in your mailbox and lie saying nobody was home. Government job/workers at their best.

  Mail is constantly delivered to the wrong address and I am always receiving other people's mail. I have never experienced this problem in the numerous places I have lived around the country. For such a wonderful town with so many wonderful businesses, this is a serious disappointment.

  Delivery mail oficial keeps delivering wrong mail to my address. After several complaints, nothing seems to change. Is pathetic that I have already turned in a few packages back to the post office that where deliver to me by mistake. I understand people make mistakes, but over, and, over again? I once received an open package that a neighbor received by mistake under my name and was kind to return it. Mailing services are not free, we pay for them, so we need reliable workers at this specific post office.

  I vote to shut down the USPS welfare office in Bellville TX (as well as the Houston USPS). Man at USPS office desk in Bellville says they do not deliver packages They only delivery orange slips for you to pick up your package at USPS office. When I moved, I placed a forwarding address change order. I only received a few packages that had been in route. Most of the packages were delivered to my old address and were not forwarded. This was 2 weeks after the address change order had been made. 3 packages were forwarded. After that, 6 were not after the three were forwarded.
