She cuts you off when speaking and is incredibly rude. She assured me this was not her responsibility. She said it was on me to get the package back or refunded.

They refuse to deliver to my county-approved address, citing a Byzantine and obscure postal regulation about non-permanent structures. But I hear the retirement plan is fantastic!
