  Nice service here at this store and also all the team members are very helpful Jesus and Desire are the two i know and they are always happy to help. Definitely will still come to this store

  I went out of my way this morning to bring my shipping business to this The UPS Store location, wanting to support a nearby store. Unfortunately, it turned into one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. When I arrived with seven boxes, I was not welcomed at all. I politely asked for a little assistance, but no help was offered—not even something as simple as holding the door while I brought everything in. After carrying all the boxes inside myself, I was instructed to place them in a corner. Then, despite the staff having mobile scanners and the ability to handle items on the floor, I was told to lift and move every box again onto the counter. This created unnecessary extra work for me and felt completely unreasonable. The lady at the front desk, who appeared to be the manager, came across as dismissive and unhelpful. There was no appreciation for the business I was bringing in, and the overall attitude felt unprofessional. Even another customer noticed the situation and seemed surprised that I was being asked to do all the lifting myself. As someone who brings repeat business, I expect at least basic courtesy, assistance, and respect. That was completely missing here. I’m sharing this so others nearby are aware—if you’re looking for a place that values your time and effort, you may want to consider other options. I gave one star only because there is no option to give zero. I’m not bringing any business here.

  I love this UPS. The staff and lead are absolutely professional, friendly and very patient. This place can get really busy during certain hours and the staff continues to be calm and helpful. It is not the owner's fault that parking can be very congested because of the stores next to them. I love that UPS ground doesn't leave until 6:30p, which gives me time to drop off medical treatment to go out the same day.

  I waited in line for several minutes to have documents notarized, only to be turned away when it was finally my turn because it was 6:01 PM and the service ends at 6:00 PM. While I respect posted business hours, refusing service in this situation—after a customer has already been waiting—shows a lack of consideration and customer care. I have consistently supported this location due to its proximity to my office, but experiences like this are disappointing and make me reconsider returning. I hope the owner takes this feedback seriously, as it comes from a concerned former customer, neighbor, and supporter of the Bellaire community.
