I first interacted with Jackson the other day where he help me find the best options to mail out multiple invitations at an extremely affordable rate and explaining to me the pay breakdown of the mailing system for the options I have considered. Huu helped me confirmed I was doing everything right in terms of packaging and affixing the appropriate amount of Forever Stamp. And Laura was extremely kind in taking all my finally sealed and appropriately stamped mail for send off. Overall, the team has been great. Just has they have been patience with me, I hope everyone else can be patience with them. We are just all doing our best of help each other. Thank you all!!!
- LSLaraib SafeerAug 1, 20251.0The hours posted online for passport walk-ins are not accurate. Apparently even within that time range they will only take the first 5 people. Trying to get a passport for my baby, and it’s hard enough to go out with an infant without people having ridiculous rules.
