- NANae AOct 25, 20251.0Been doin business with this place over 6 years renting boxes and after a past due amount i communicated effectively with staff because ive literally been here for a while and it’s more than right. Came in person and spoke to staff about resolution for payment prior to talking to the manager and manager still decided to cancel my business here due to miscommunication of her staff even after I went talk to them in person smh. This is not my first issue at this place about miscommunication with staff and I still had the courtesy to do business here after they allowed people to retrieve mail from box with no identification multiple times. I even came here myself and asked for the mail for my box with no identification to test it out & weekend staff that have no idea who I am didn’t identify me and was still given the mail. Beware of this place after being a long time customer here it’s no way this couldn’t be resolved better I never had this issue with prior management I doubt I will continue business here nor ever recommend again. If you need a business and personal solution this ain’t it.. no matter how long you stay

I needed a particular box to match a label I purchased in advance and he acted like I was an idiot for not knowing they are franchise stores and don’t carry the ups flat rate boxes. Didn’t offer to help me find a similar size box even though they supposedly offer packing services which I would have been happy to pay for.
