Trying to send crazy what i thought was unpackable artwork, 2000 miles across the country and this very last time, they were so helpful with me when I lost a parent being super kind and Helpful Packing and sending So much crazy stuff to so many relatives all around the country. Desiree, and all the Associates at the store are always so respectful and kind. I highly recommend.

During my first call, I was given a tracking number, but it later turned out to be invalid. That part was handled reasonably. However, when I called again to follow up, a different male staff member answered and was very impatient and dismissive. He repeatedly implied that the issue was my fault for having the wrong tracking number, despite the fact that I had carefully repeated the number during the previous call and received confirmation at that time. I understand mistakes can happen, but the lack of professionalism and unwillingness to take responsibility or communicate respectfully was disappointing. Better customer service and clearer communication would make a big difference.

I said wow I need a cheaper service. She stated we always start with the cheapest service. I said this very same box was shipped to me for $38. I asked to see the rates on the screen and she said no. Red flag right there. So I left and got a ups quote online for $54. I called her back and told her what I found and she continued the lie and said online prices were cheaper. So I set up an account and got a 30% discount and dropped it off at another UPS store. Stay away from these guys.
