I had an appointment yesterday and I had to reschedule but had the worst time using the website and couldn’t even cancel. I called about an hour before my appointment to see if I could reschedule and some guy answered and checked and told me we could today at 12:30 because he said that time was available. I said perfect can we schedule that and he said yes and told me it’ll be today at 12:30. Here we are today, driving 40 mins to come to our appointment with a baby and I said hi we have a passport appointment and the older lady responded immediately with “No.” So obviously confused I told her we had rescheduled over the phone and she said we couldn’t and it had to be done online and they can’t do it in person. If that’s the case then great that’s fine but let your employees know that you can not reschedule appointments over the phone so no one wastes their time. I wish I got her name because I have never been treated so poorly. She had shorter almost shoulder length brown hair. Barely any care to help us out, just immediate arms crossed and saying no. Absolute no smile or friendly customer service. I’m shaking I’m so livid. Immediately rescheduled again online for a different location. I really wish another customer was there to experience how we were just treated. Absolutely unbelievable. I didn’t go in there in a bad mood or anything and left crying. Thanks for ruining my day with your bitterness and bad attitude. 😊 God Bless You. All these terrible reviews were probably about her. I can’t imagine working a job that you hate so much and feel like you can treat people so poorly. And I’m from New England lol also found out her name is Marsha I think? Whoever was there 3/13 around 12:15pm. UPDATE: MAKE PASSPORT APPT AT THE MATHIS LOCATION. Jaime is amazing and helped me so much. Everyone there was so friendly (at the MATHIS location) DO NOT COME TO THE BEEVILLE LOCATION FOR PASSPORTS.

I have talked with him twice - once about mailbox installation & once in reference to mail for a family member who is now in a nursing home. Troy listens patiently and then, he responds with such helpfulness. He is a problem-solver. He is positive. He is kind. His customer service is the best. Ever.
