  Some employees are clueless and rude!! The manager, Will, has an "I COULD CARE LESS about good customer service and communication attitude!!" .....never going to this UPS location again!! PATHETIC!!

  Went to have legal documents notarized. Daryl told me the documents from the lawyer were wrong, I disagreed with him, then it was a stare-off and said he wouldn't notarize. A lawyer with 30+ years experience prepared the paperwork. I asked him to get someone else, another guy came out and said "No problem, YES we can notarize". Daryl then copped an attitude, I had my ID on the counter and he acted like I needed to hand it to him, it was literally RIGHT IN FRONT OF HIM. I had 2 sets of documents on the counter (both needed notary), he then ignored my other document, RIGHT IN FRONT OF HIM, and put his stamp away. Then acted annoyed he had to get his stamp again. Daryl needs to be better with customers, UNREAL.

  Shelby, Darryl, and Jose are the friendliest and so professional! I know their jobs are stressful with all the Amazon returns but you wouod never know it.
