But my experience with Will monday is something I have to post about. I mailed my son’s passport to him monday and it was supposed to arrive to him Tuesday. He needed it to go on his honeymoon friday. I checked the next day and there had been no movement on the package. I called the UPS store and Will said “that’s not a good sign let’s do a claim on it so they can hopefully locate it asap”. Instead of him sending me on my way to fill it out Will filled it out for me and put in the notes please find asap as it’s needed friday for a honeymoon trip. He then followed up on the package on his end and called me to follow up as well. The package was found and got to my son Thursday evening. Just in time. I think Will went above and beyond and I also think if he hadn’t done what he did the package if found would not have been there by Thursday. So nice to have such a great UPS location so close and with such conscientious employees. Thanks Will! I can’t tell you how much I appreciate what you did!
