    Most recently, we were notified that a package was marked as “delivered on the porch.” However, we do not have a porch at our residence. When we contacted the post office to report this discrepancy, we were later told that the package had actually been delivered to our P.O. Box. When we checked our P.O. Box, there was no package inside. The explanation changed, but the package remains missing. This is not an isolated incident. Over the past several months, we have experienced the following ongoing problems: • Multiple instances of mail and packages being lost. • Packages arriving opened and/or showing water damage. • Mail delivered to our P.O. Box and physical mailbox that belongs to entirely different individuals at different addresses. • Repeated failure to properly handle or safeguard mail. Additionally, while waiting in line at the post office, another customer stated that her Social Security card, which had been mailed certified, was lost by this same post office. This suggests that these problems may be affecting other customers as well. We have brought these concerns to the attention of the local post office on multiple occasions. Unfortunately, our concerns were dismissed, and staff appeared indifferent to the seriousness of the issues. No meaningful action or investigation appears to have been taken. We feel helpless and deeply concerned about the security of our mail, particularly sensitive documents and important packages. Reliable mail delivery is a critical public service, and the ongoing failures at this location have undermined our trust and sense of security. There needs to be serious review, training, and oversight of the employees working at this USPS location. The pattern of errors, conflicting information, mishandled deliveries, and apparent lack of accountability demonstrates a breakdown in proper procedures and supervision. Reliable mail service is essential, especially when it involves sensitive documents, financial information, and government-issued identification. P.S.     The employees who have been at this post office for a long period are very pleasant individuals. I've had a bad experience only with one particular new staff member at this location who appears to be unfriendly and rude, seemingly easily triggered. Overall, I've had a great experience with the nice employees. It’s only right to separate the good from the bad.

    Always the same issue with this post office, they need to lay off some of the drivers so they can step up their game, clearly they do not want to be there and do their job so they need to be replaced with someone who does. Constantly waiting on packages that are out for delivery to get attempted delivery notifications, if you attempted delivery it would be out in the mail box or the parcel box, there is no excuse for laziness. Clearly need new management because it happens daily and never resolved, takes days or weeks to find my package so I can pick up at the post office, or just lost them forever but cant say that for weeks so I can have another sent without having to buy another.

    Terrible . I also get the delivery attempted and they won't look for my package . They never come by or leave a notice it's up to me to track it. Absolutely the worst post office I've ever encountered

    This post office is terrible. The people that have been there for a few years are nasty with very rude attitudes and inconsiderate. I thought that it would change when the new post master came but it hasn't. David, in particular, likes to send packages back that have been received the same day without the owners of said packages having a chance to pick them up. They might get 2 of my packages by mistake each year. I try my best to never have to deal with this post office because the people there are horrible, miserable and just have no regard for anyone!!!
