Words cannot explain exactly how mad I am right now, but I can definitely explain the situation. I moved from Bedford to Euless in December. I submitted a forwarding address in November, and I have been waiting for mail to arrive at my new address for 2 months. I am writing this review in February.
A new postman by the name of Carl started on my old route which was at Woodbridge apartments in Bedford, Texas. Instead of forwarding my mail as he was supposed to, he sent it all back to sender. Social security cards, driver's license renewals, vehicle registrations, tax documentation, it's all missing. The only thing that I can do at this point is to go to all of these places where I was expecting mail and requesting them to send it to my new address.
It just goes to show, even if you do the right thing and you follow everything by the book on what they ask you to do, there's always some idiot there to screw it all up.
Don't be a Carl. For the love of God, forward the mail if you are a postman reading this.

Thanks to the employee named Erica who helped me process the passport form and did the paperwork. I was fortunate enough to take in the walk in hours on website. It's hard to get an appointment online so I went to the post office here. Totally appreciate Erica's service!!!
P.S. the guy at the post office said that they r short staffed. That's why it's hard to find post office that's available for passport. The website isn't updated. Get mad at the website people. Smh not at the staff.

I only came here to get passport forms. You have to ask an employee for the forms since they are behind the counter. They have a self-service kiosk for stamps and packages. They also sell greeting cards.
