I had a very frustrating experience at this UPS Store.
I went to return a drone to Amazon and already had my return label. The employee asked me to email the label to the store and charged me $1.65 to print it, even though Amazon stated the printing cost should be $1. I accepted and proceeded.
I was then instructed to personally select a return bag from the shelf, which should not be the customer’s responsibility. After following the employee’s guidance, the first bag turned out to be too small. I was asked to select a second, larger bag.
Despite the first bag not being usable for the return, I was charged for both bags, as well as for printing the label twice. The total came to $3.85.
What makes this more concerning is that two weeks ago I returned two items using two bags and two separate labels, and the total charge was only $1.94.
This experience felt inconsistent and unfair. Customers should not be charged for employee mistakes or unclear pricing.

Not all UPS stores are the same. Went here and was charged a very fair price for packaging and shipping. Will return here

I went there to send a very important fax and they allowed me to wait and The totally amazing Fairn offered to call me when the fax went through because it was super important to me! This is what good people do and I thank you for that!! You are so appreciated!!

can’t say enough about how grateful I am to the staff. I had to leave my Spectrum equipment with a note on the door because I was catching a flight and wouldn’t be returning to the States anytime soon. They saw the note and kindly shipped the equipment for me. I truly appreciate their help—thank you so much.
