After she raised her voice multiple times, I gave up and just hung up. I can't believe after all the reviews I just read, no one has addressed this issue. Pathetic.

But coming into work the next day, I am seeing more client complaints about the answering service not being friendly, and having the same negative experiences. My job uses this answering service and long story short - every phone call sounds muddled like it’s under water and they have poor customer service. Would not recommend.
