The black lady that wears the glasses is extremely rude . Usually she comes drops off my son Israel diapers and pull-ups every month and all the other times when she would come drop it off you could tell she had a little attitude but today when she came and she dropped off my son's pull-ups and diapers and stuff she popped an attitude because I didn't have my 8-month dog on a leash like I usually do because it's hot outside and my dog is sick so I let him off the leash so the sun wouldn't hit directly on them and he can hide in the shade why she was knocking at my door he was nowhere near her he was hiding in the shed next to my house away from her like he was scared of her the whole entire time that I was talking to her about the inconvenience my dog was nowhere near her nor was he growling at her and nor did he even barked at her or show any aggression to her when I told her I'm sorry if you want to drop off the packages on my landlord's doorstep in the front you can instead of coming back here instead of her listening to what I was saying she stops me by saying " all I know is you better go get your dog and the next time that I need to drop off something if that dog is not on a leash I'm not dropping off any packages to you!" And walks off with an attitude while walking off my dog is still in the shed far away from her not even following her to the street or anything as I was walking to the front to apologize again she still running that mouth about my dog not being on a leash even though he wasn't doing anything to her at all not barking and growling not showing any aggression he was hiding in the shed away from her because he is hot and sick I hope next time my packages need to get delivered it ain't hard cuz her attitude stinks

Zero cares given. I dropped a prepaid, labeled padded envelope into the designated dropbox at the Beaumont Main Post Office on June 30th. According to the posted guidelines, this was a valid and acceptable method of mailing. However, the package was never scanned or processed, and when I followed up, I was met with indifference. The postal agent I spoke with refused to provide a name and showed no interest in resolving the issue. I asked if they could check for unscanned packages—“No.” I asked if I could file a claim—“You can do that.” That was the extent of their assistance. No effort. No accountability. No transparency. No information volunteered. If packages aren’t supposed to go in the dropbox, then why does it say otherwise on the box? And if one goes missing, why is there no basic attempt to investigate? This experience leaves me deeply concerned about the integrity of this facility. Without any explanation or action, it’s hard not to wonder whether my package was simply taken. What else am I to conclude except that they saw an opportunity to steal a package and took it?
