The worst ever experience i have ever had, at any USPS before. I went into to mail a package that had to deliver, the man who was behind the counter with long gray sloppy hair, and Houston Astros face mask, was very, unprofessional. I commented on the high price, $9.09 and $3.00 envelope to deliver thism small package from Beaumont TX, to Victoria TX. He said that it was because, yalls President and how it was going to shut down the USPS, I commented. "Yes it would be great to put such a corrupt organization (USPS,) out of business!" With that attitude, of such a lousy attitude towards people of the Republican Party, while on the clock on USPS and those of us, who voted for Our President, Donald Trump. Keep politics away from your professional life, Union, or Not! I will never use USPS to ship any thing ever again. I encourage everyone to avoid USPS @ All Cost, by setting auto pay on All bills, and pay online and use Fed Ex, UPS, DHS, on things outside of this.

Every time I order a package from Amazon using prime, they go through USPS. I receive a notification in the morning saying my package is out for delivery around 8 AM. The entire day goes by with no package. Next thing I receive a text saying attempted delivery when no one has even came to my home. This only happens on fridays by the way. If a package should be delivered by Friday it never shows up. Saturday you get an attempted delivery message, Sunday it doesn’t come at all and on Monday here it is. Overly annoyed with the lack of communication and support from office. I can barely get an answer when I call I always have to come up there when I have other things to do. Sick of this post office, no type of help when it comes to them handling my business.

The collection times for when the postal office workers will collect any mail or packages at 4 PM not 430. I just arrived here today and multiple people thought it closed at 4:30 because that’s what the website says so be aware.

terrible customer service. The employees are always rude and were no help with locating my package that they lost and incorrectly marked as delivered. They alleged that the tracking label was wrong, but I have a copy of it with the correct address and the photo they provided is for a completely different package than delivered. Don't bother trying to get ahold of them on the phone either because they either won't answer or will straight up hang up on you
