- NTNichole TorresSep 3, 20251.0Thompson answering services is used for my child's doctor's office. When calling about an urgent concern with my son I spoke to a woman who's tone of voice was so aggressive and she interrupted me, and raised her voice. I hung up in tears because I was worried for my son and couldn't even finish this conversation. I followed up and left a voicemail for the manager, April. April called me back, and I was kindly trying to relay to her my complaint with their employee when, before I could even finish telling her what happened, she interrupted me to tell me what I SHOULD HAVE DONE. I then interrupted her and told her if she had let me finish my sentence, I did exactly what I was meant to do, and she would have known that. She then backtracked and said they would pull in their employee for "coaching" and I couldn't help but laugh and then admittedly I did get a bit rude with her because clearly she herself is awful at customer service so the though of her coaching is concerning. No wonder there's multiple 1 star reviews here. Not only is their staff rude, but so is the management. I feel so sad in my heart for any mom calling when their baby is sick and has to speak to someone from Thompson Answering Services.
