She was very abrasive and not friendly . I tried to show her the instructions i was emailed by my employer and she refused to look at the instruction but then called her manager over becaue she could not figure out the process . She then proceeded to tell me she didnt need my information and then asked me to spell my last name which is jackson by the way pretty common but i guess she couldnt figure that out because she was too busy being a miserable unpleasant human being ; she shouldnt be working in customer service .
