  I received a notification that an oversized armchair that I ordered would be arriving early, which is great! But I needed to keep an eye out considering I live upstairs in an apartment complex and I didn’t want the neighbors to have a hard time getting in and out if the chair was left sitting there. I just so happened to check the Amazon app a few minutes after the chair was delivered, so I rushed home from work and of course, because this has been par the course for local Fedex lately, the package was not at my door. After dropping off some things upstairs and looking around, I see that my 80 pound box has been left in the pollen and muck beneath my staircase. So not only do I have to bring that into my apartment, I have to figure out how to get it upstairs when I live alone and have no one to help me, and no equipment to do so.

  FedEx in general is the worst. We ordered Something from AT&T and it was supposed to be next day shipping four days later they do not change the information on the tracking and it still says it’s Going to arrive at the FedEx in our location. I have called for four days every day and asked to see where my package is and they say that it has not got to the destination yet and then I call again and somebody says that it’s at the destination, but that it will be mailed to us soon. It is now the fourth day. I’m asking them where my package is and they said it’s in the FedEx At your location, but to be home because it needs a signature. I have been home for four days all day every day, waiting for the package to sign for it and now they don’t even know where the package is and this package I am receiving can either break get damaged with the heat and I asked if I could pick it up and they say I can’t because it needs a signature I said I can sign for it when I get there, but they said they need to drop it off when they haven’t even attempted to drop off my package not once I am so upset with FedEx next time somebody tries to ship something to us with FedEx. I will decline and I will go pick it up even if it’s 500 miles away.

  I arrived very frustrated this morning due to the seemingly complicated claims process for fedex ground but, the lady who is also the manager and also the young man who helped me today were super helpful. I want to thank them both abundantly for their patience and understanding.
